Looking to fortify your readiness for the big day? Birth Topic Nights at the Minnesota Birth Center in St. Paul are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8pm. It’s a great way to gather with other pregnant people in community, and learn invaluable techniques to keep the fear-tension-pain cycle at bay so the oxytocin stays flowing. Members of the Childbirth Collective will lead an interactive lesson, followed by hands on demonstrations and practice with your partner or CBC members.
